This evening, Rachel & I goofed around with the curling iron. I was planning on curling her hair tomorrow for Christmas Eve at Grandma Fran's, so I thought I should practice a bit. She thought it was really fun. When Norm came in to see what we were up too, she told him "My hair looks like Cinderella's and if Cinderella was here she'd be jealous!" Just too cute.

That's awesome! What a cute girl. And good job on the curls. When/if I have a girl, I don't know what I'll do to get her looking "pretty" since I don't weary makeup much and am super low-maintenance on hair. Love you!
Same here (and I have a girl). I'm planning on sending Rachel over to visit Lonnie & Janette to get some make-up & hair tips when she's about 12. I was lucky enough to have Janette's hair to practice french braiding, so I do know how to do that. One of my neices got a book on how to style her doll's hair last night & I thought that I would like to have it for ideas for my own & Rachel's hair.
lol. you two are too funny! i'm lost when it comes to hair for the most part. i think lonnie's the one with the most curling iron & blow-dryer stuff sort of experience.
