Last week the kids had a fundraising rollerskating party for their school. I was feeling nice, so we all went for a fun time. At first, I only rented skates for the kids, but after only being there for 5 minutes I decided that I'd get a pair for myself as well. It made it more fun for all of us. I hadn't been on skates for years, but luckily it's like riding a bicycle. Rachel enjoyed having Mom on skates the most since she needed the most help. By the end of the 2 hour session she was doing pretty good. Unfortunately I had to put the camera away so that I could skate, so I don't have any pictures from the end of the night.

that's looks like so much fun! it reminds me of back in the day in elementary school w/ our fundraisers. good times!
